US SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After placing an order you will receive shipping information, this includes a tracking number for you to monitor the status of your delivery. You can expect your VENUM items to be shipped within 24 hours of placing an order on business days.

PROCESSING TIME
Please note that processing and shipping times are separate. Processing time varies by order size; larger orders may require additional time before shipment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
All orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping* (not applicable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). All other shipping charges are based on your choice of product and calculated at checkout. *Punching bags will incur an additional shipping cost.  
 
COURIER SELECTION
The courier for your order is selected by the 3PL based on the best available option.
  • FEDEX HOME DELIVERY: Estimated delivery is 1-4 business days.
  • DELIVERY TO PO BOXES: Orders shipping to PO Boxes domestically are handled via USPS.
  • DELIVERY TO APO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES: Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations could take up to 30 days or more.

Certain products or higher-value shipments may require the recipient to be registered with Mexico’s Importer Registry (Padrón de Importadores) or meet additional regulatory requirements. Missing or incorrect documentation can result in delays, additional fees, or shipment holds

Mexico does not have a single universal value threshold that exempts shipments from import requirements—rules vary based on the shipment.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, customers should contact the appropriate Mexican authorities (such as SAT or ANAM) or consult a licensed customs broker prior to placing an order.
